MAAC Properties is a real estate firm that only caters to the luxurious lifestyle in Dubai, UAE. The brand reflects the three Ls: “Luxury, Lavish, and Leisure”. Presented by a stand alone identity that differentiates MAAC from other real estate businesses, the slogan “Above the Crowd” was created. Which lead to the creation of a rising logo that looks like high buildings in the skyline and the visuals that appeal to the slogan using clouds instead of crowd to represent elevation.
